Two hickory-smoked favorites on one menu – our famous Memphis style ribs and smoked  chicken wings served with baked beans, cole slaw and Sticky Fingers Barbecue Sauces.                           

Salad and Hot Potato Bar                                        6.99 per person
Fresh tossed salad with a variety of dressings and hot potato bar with all the fixings. Cheese,  bacon, sour cream and butter are provided to stuff the potatoes. Add chopped grilled chicken, pulled pork barbecue, or pulled rotisserie smoked chicken for just $2.00 extra per person.

All three of our hickory-smoked specialties – Memphis style ribs, rotisserie smoked chicken and pulled pork barbecue. Served with barbecue baked beans, cole slaw, green beans, Sticky  Fingers Barbecue sauces and sandwich buns.

A perfect backyard barbecue –  hot dogs,  ¹/³ lb. hamburgers and hickory-smoked pulled pork   barbecue, baked beans and cole slaw. This menu also includes cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes,    onions, pickle spears, assorted condiments and buns.

Frogmore Stew & Barbecue                                   17.49 per person
A southern tradition - Frogmore Stew is slow cooked with potatoes, peppers, onions, corn, sausage         and shrimp. This menu includes Frogmore Stew, pulled pork barbecue, green beans, cole slaw,  Sticky Fingers Barbecue Sauces and sandwich buns.

Oyster Roast & Barbecue                                         9.99 per person
Our staff will steam the oysters on site and provide oyster knives, shucking tables and towels. Our            steamed oysters are served with Habañero hot sauce, cocktail sauce, lemons and saltine crackers.             This menu also includes    rotisserie smoked chicken, pulled pork barbecue, Sticky Fingers barbecue, Sticky Fingers Barbecue Sauces, baked beans, cole slaw, green beans and sandwich buns.
Price does not include set up and cost per bushel.

Choose the service that best fits your event needs!

Delivery Service
We set it up, you take care of the rest.
Our experienced caterer will deliver the food to you in ready-to-serve   aluminum pans.  All packaging is disposable. There is a flat fee of   $35 for delivery.* 
 
Full Service Delivery
The in-between option.
This option includes everything in the delivery service plus a disposable table cloth and we will set-up disposable aluminum chafing dishes to keep your food hot with sternos. Add $40 to the delivery fee for each buffet line.
 
Full Service Catering
Don’t want to lift finger? Let our professional catering staff do all the work for you. We will set- up, maintain the buffet line during the designated serving time and clean up when it’s over. We   will provide serving tables and linens. Food will be served in metal pans from warmed chafing   dishes. There is an 18% catering fee ($150 minimum) for the full service option.*
